Chris Karam

Organization Development Consultant

Chris Karam is an Organization Development Consultant in MIT Human Resources. Her expertise is in helping individuals and teams identify, learn from, and get "unstuck" from obstacles that prevent them from best serving their objectives and the organizational mission. She is a strategic advisor and engaging trainer on the topics of organizational behavior, team development, learning methods, and conflict management.

Before joining MIT, Chris has provided leadership and team coaching, strategic facilitation, and a range of customized consulting and training services for dozens of manufacturing, technology, and service organizations. She also taught several semesters at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School. Before that, she worked several years at IBM and Microsoft in sales, marketing and channel management

Chris holds a B.A. in economics, an M.A. in organizational conflict resolution, and certificates in negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and various dialogue and conflict resolution methods.
