Anna Giraldo-Kerr

Organization Development Consultant

Anna Giraldo-Kerr is an Organizational Development Consultant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of organizational development, leadership and mentoring development, and executive coaching. She partners with MIT leaders, managers, and HR professionals to navigate change and build skills and effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Prior to MIT, Anna worked in the financial services, health care and biopharma, technology, and publishing sectors.

As a leadership and inclusion thought leader, her expertise has been featured in multiple publications. Most recently, Anna co-authored two articles on gender microinequities and bystander training in The SAGE Encyclopedia of Psychology and Gender. In May 2023, the Charles River Chamber of Commerce recognized Anna as one of the 50 Most Influential Business People of Color in the Boston MetroWest area.

Anna earned a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from New York University. She is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She is certified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory, Change Style Indicator, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She is also certified to coach using xLEAD's x360 framework.
